The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.132 of 2023, which was originally registered as 'girl missing' and later altered to Section 363 of IPC r/w Section 6 of POCSO Act, 2012.

2. It is stated that even before examining the fact that 164 Cr.P.C., statement of the victim child has not been recorded by the respondent, and the present petition had been filed.

3. In view of the fact that investigation has not yet been completed, this criminal original petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, if there is any change in circumstances.
