These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl. M.P. No.7303 of 2023 in Crl. O.P. No.8645 of 2023 vide order dated 07.06.2023 and Crl. M.P. No.7309 of 2023 in Crl. O.P. No.3639 of 2023 vide order dated 07.06.2023 respectively to report before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders and secondly, to appear before the office at Mumbai on every Friday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the conditions.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.

4. In view of the above submission, the conditions imposed on the petitioners in Crl. M.P. No.7303 of 2023 in Crl. O.P. No.8645 of 2023 vide order dated 07.06.2023 and Crl. M.P. No.7309 of 2023 in Crl. O.P. No.3639 of 2023 1/3

vide order dated 07.06.2023 respectively, are modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police at Chennai office on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and to appear before the respondent police in office at Mumbai on alternate Fridays (twice in a month) at 10.30. a.m. until further orders. 5.With the above directions, these criminal miscellaneous petitions are ordered.
