dpa/sms 2.When the matter is takenup for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that in this case, investigation has been completed and final report also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Mayiladuthurai and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.266 of 2022 and the next hearing date is 06.11.2023 for summons to the accused.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
