This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 27.07.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.16444 of 2023 in Paragraph No.4(b) to report before the respondent police morning at 10.00 a.m. and evening at 5.00 p.m. until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily once i.e., everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of 10 days and thereafter, weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
