O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner wherein the petitioner is seeking for promotion to the post of Training Officer.

2. Heard Mr.M.Rajasekar, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.P.Balathandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents.

3. On going through the records, it is seen that the petitioner had actually submitted a representation on 24.06.2022 to a different authority at Cuddalore. If that is so, the petitioner has to implead that authority in this writ petition and the petitioner cannot seek for a direction as if that representation is given to the first respondent. When the above was pointed out to learned counsel for petitioner, learned counsel submitted that he will file necessary application seeking amendment and to implead the necessary party. 2/4

4. In the considered view of this Court, the writ petition in its present form cannot be entertained. It is left open to the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the first respondent by giving all the particulars and thereafter, if it is necessary, the petitioner can approach this Court and seek for appropriate remedy.
