This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the undated Tender Scrutiny Committee of the 4th Respondent Institution Published on 26.07.2025 and to quash the same.

2. Heard Mr.K.R.Gunasekar learned counsel for the petitioner and Dr.T.Seenivasan, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. The period for which the tender has been called for has expired on 31.12.2025. Therefore, nothing survives to be considered in this Petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. It is open to the respondents to proceed in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently,
