O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for SC/ST (POA), Vellore to take the private complaint made in Sr.No.781 of 2022 dated 18.08.2022 lodged by the petitioner on file and number the same.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the 1/3

learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for SC/ST (POA), Vellore has returned the petition made in Sr.No.781 of 2022 filed by the petitioner for seeking certain clarification; even after it is resubmitted with clarification, the petition was once again returned with the same previous return endorsement.

3. In that case, it is up to the counsel for the petitioner to make a request to take up the case in open Court. In that case, the counsel for the petitioner can explain how the clarification he made, answers the clarification. On hearing the same, the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for SC/ST (POA), Vellore shall pass a speaking order as to whether the clarification accepted or rejected. If the petitioner still aggrieved after getting such an order, he can challenge the same in accordance with law.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
