This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 04.09.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.19892 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chidambaram, till the order of committal and thereafter appear before the Sessions Court until further orders.
