This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the FIR in Cr.No.400 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent stating that no case 1/4

is made out to attract offence under Sections 307 r/w 392, 394, 447 and 354 of IPC.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that on completion of investigation, final report filed and same has been taken cognizance by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palladam in C.C.No.281 of 2024.

3. In the light of above fact, since the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palladam is satisfied with the primafacie material regarding for the commission of offence, it is open to the petitioner herein to challenge the final report, if so advised.

4. With this observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 01.10.2024 Vv 2/4
