ORDER

Though the writ petition has been filed challenging the Suspension Order dated 31.07.2025, which dealt with certain deficiencies of the petitioner institution, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that if the petitioner is given an opportunity to explain their case before the respondents in person and permitted to submit relevant documents which are all relevant and of the period on or before 31.07.2025, apart from the documents that have already been submitted in portal, the same would satisfy the petitioner.

2. In view of the above fair submission of the learned counsel for the 2/5

petitioner, without going into the merits of this writ petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's documents, which have already been submitted, and the documents of the period on or before 31.07.2025, that are going to be submitted by the petitioner by 29.08.2025, and pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of seven (7) days from today. If the petitioner desires to have a personal hearing, the respondents are directed to give him a 30-minute personal hearing on 01.09.2025 at 11.00 a.m. However, it is made clear that, only because of the peculiar circumstances of the present case, the personal hearing is permitted and this order shall not be treated as a precedent in any other case.

3. With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions stand closed. 28.08.2025 ssi Index : Yes Speaking Order : Yes /No 3/5
