Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st Respondent to act upon the petitioner's claim petition dated 17.06.2024 and to reconsider the Award dated 16.10.2023 and to pay the compensation for remaining trees, plants and 2 bore well and other plants and pay for future loss of income and to appoint the competent engineer to revalue the available structures in land measuring 3844 sq.mtrs. comprised in S.No.30/2B3 comprised in Echanahalli Village, Denkanikottai Taluk Krishnagiri, and enhance the compensation for land along with structures situated in the above said S.No's by following the procedure contemplated under Section 26 to 30 Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act 2013 (Central Act 30 of 2013) and follow Section 18 to 27 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.
