This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 17.07.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.15656 of 2023 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily once i.e., everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a further period of 10 days and thereafter, weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
