Kathiresan COMMON ORDER The rejection of the Approval Petition No.321 of 2011 vide order dated 23.07.2018 by the first respondent/Authority, is put under challenge in WP.No.30061 of 2019 and in WP.No.1582 of 2019, the petitioner seeks for a direction to the Management to consider his representation, wherein, he has sought for reinstatement.

2. The learned counsel for the workman submitted that he had 2/4

already offered to the Transport Corporation that the workman would be satisfied if he is reinstatement with continuity of service and the back wages are disbursed with.

3. The learned standing counsel for the Transport Corporation submitted that the workman has been reinstated back into service on 25.04.2022, together with continuity of service.

4. In view of the reinstatement with continuity of service, the grievance of the workman has been met.

5. Accordingly, both the Writ Petitions stand closed. It is needless to point out that the workman would be entitled for full back wages from the date of his reinstatement. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
