ORDER

The criminal original petition has been filed to quash the Crime No.13 of 2017 pending investigation on the file of the 1st respondent police.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in respect of Crime No.13 of 2017 investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed for the offences under https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Sections 498(a), 323, 324(b), 406 and 506(i) I.P.C. on 09.08.2017 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tittakudi. Therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioners has become infructuous.

3.In view of the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
