The petitioner herein seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.100 of 2023 registered by the respondent Police for the offence under Sections 294(b), 341, 307, 506(2) IPC.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that, he has been falsely implicated in this case. Apprehending arrest from the respondent police, he seeks bail to the petitioner.

3. It is stated by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) that, the defacto complainant was stabbed on the back with a knife by the petitioner herein. It is stated that, petitioner had a quarrel with another lady and the defacto complainant tried to interfere in that quarrel. Therefore, petitioner stabbed the defacto complainant on his back. Petitioner has one previous case pending against him under Section 302 IPC. Thus, he prays for dismissal of this petition.

4. In view of the nature of the injuries and the manner in which, the offences have been committed, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
