ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction, directing the first respondent to permit the petitioner to perform the functions of the Village Panchayat President of No.3 Komarapalayam Village Panchayat, Vennandur Panchayat Union, Namakkal District.

2. Without expressing any view, the first respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the third respondent and after giving opportunity to both the parties, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no orders as to costs.
