ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.) The petitioner filed this writ petition for a direction to the second respondent to dispose of his representation submitted on 02 November 2015 and take action for removal of the encroachment made by respondents 6 and 7.
2.When the writ petition was taken up for consideration, the learned Special Government Pleader, by placing reliance on the communication sent by the Tahsildar, Madhavaram on 29 February 2016 submitted that the encroachment in question has already been removed on 27 February 2016.
3.In view of the report submitted by the Tahsildar, Madhavaram, indicating the demolition of the compound wall, nothing survives for adjudication.
