Pleader (CS) COMMON ORDER (The matter is heard through "Video-Conferencing") These Civil Revision Petitions are filed against the fair and decretal order dated 02.12.2016 made in I.A.Nos.1839 and 1840 of 2016 in O.S.No.167 of 2006 passed by the learned District Munsif, Ambattur. 2.Mr.Praveen Sethia, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the present Civil Revision Petitions are filed against the order of dismissal made in I.A.Nos.1839 and 1840 of 2016 in O.S.No.167 of 2006 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Ambattur, for reopening and recalling P.W.1 to mark four documents being the 2/4
property tax receipts issued by the Chennai Corporation. He further submitted that pending Civil Revision Petitions, the documents were marked and both the Civil Revision Petitions have become infructuous and hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw both the Civil Revision Petitions.
3.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, both the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
