O R D E R
The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 & 2 to give police protection to measure the petitioner's property situated in pochampalli Taluk, Barur Village S.F.No.413/1B by considering the petitioner's representation dated 15.10.2022.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner purchased the aforesaid property by way of registered sale deeds in Document Nos.951 of 2006 dated 15.12.2016; 841 of 2007 dated 30.08.2007 and 736 of 2009 dated 01.07.2009 from various persons. On 15.09.2021, the petitioner approached the respondents seeking to measure the aforesaid land and to earmark the boundaries by considering his representation dated 27.12.2021. Though the respondents received the representation, the officials of the Revenue Department did not consider the same. Hence, the petitioner filed a writ petition in WP.No.24902 of 2022 seeking direction to measure the land in S.F.No.413/1B measuring a total extent of 1.73 cents in Barur Village, Pochampalli Taluk, Krishnagiri District and earmark the boundaries. This Court, by an order dated 15.09.2022 directed the respondents therein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.12.2021 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law after issuing notice to the 2/4
petitioner and aggrieved persons if any within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order.

Subsequently, the petitioner submitted the said order to the third respondent herein on 27.12.2021 and the third respondent requested the petitioner to get police protection to comply the said order. Thereafter, the petitioner gave a representation dated 15.10.2022 to the respondents seeking police protection for the authority to comply the order of this Court dated 15.09.2022. Since no action has been taken on the same, the present petition has been filed by the petitioner.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner has been taken up for enquiry in CSR.No.87 of 2022 and the same will be dealt with in accordance with the law.
5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief that has been sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 15.10.2022 in accordance with law within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by passing appropriate orders.
