Petitioner made representation, dated 9.12.2015 to the second respondent for appointment of Administrator to administer the affairs of the 4th respondent society. Since no order has been passed, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition. 2 When the matter is taken up by this Court for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the Managing Director of the Society is administering the day to day affairs of the society.

In the light of the above submission, the writ petition has become infructuous and the same is dismissed accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
