This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 17.08.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.18820 of 2023 to report before the respondent police daily morning at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall continue to appear before the respondent police for a period of three weeks and thereafter, once in a week i.e., every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., till the filing of the charge sheet.
