The above application is filed to withdraw and transfer HMOP.No.320 of 2024 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Alandur to the Family Court, Ariyalur.

2. The respondent though served through private notice has not entered appearance either in person or through counsel. Heard the counsel for the petitioner.

3. Reasons for seeking transfer are as follows:- (i) The petitioner is residing at Ariyalur and it would be very difficult for her to travel all the way to Alandur to attend the hearing of the case.

(ii) The petitioner is totally depending upon her parents for her day to day needs as the respondent husband has failed to maintain her.

4. Considering the fact that the sufficient reasons for seeking the transfer have been stated in the affidavit filed in support of her petition, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and HMOP No. 320 of 2024, pending on the file of the Sub Court, Alandur is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Ariyalur.
