The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.376 of 2023 registered by the respondent Police for the offence under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(B) of NDPS Act r/w Section 24(1) of Cigarette and other Tobacco Products Act, 2003 and Section 109 of IPC.

2.It is contended that the petitioner was found in possession of 1.100 kg of Ganja and banned tobacco products.

3. A1 was arrested and the petitioner was shown as accused No.2. It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that it is not a commercial quantity and it is an intermediate quantity.

4. However, it is contended by the learned Government Advocate that there are 22 previous cases against the petitioner the petitioner. 5.In view of the previous antecedents of the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
