2.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Puducherry, to complete the proceedings in S.C.No.48 of 2016 in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
