CMP.No.22449 of 2023 is filed to order substituted service of publication in the above C.M.A.No.551 of 2013 in any one of the newspapers having circulation in the area of residence of 1st, 4th and 5th respondents i.e., No.47, Kambar Street, Chinnathirupathy Post, Salem District.

2. Accepting the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, C.M.P.No.22449 is allowed. The learned counsel for the appellant is permitted to take notice through paper publication in any one of the Tamil Daily Newspaper widely circulated in the area where R1, R4 and R5 reside. The Newspaper publication shall be effected on or before 13.10.2023. The copy of the paper publication to be filed before this Court on or before 19.10.2023.
