C O M M O N O R D E R The petitioners have filed the above Writ Petitions to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to consider and pass orders on the petitioners' representations dated 26.10.2015 and the subsequent representations dated 14.01.2016. 2.Since the issues involved in all the Writ Petitions are one and the same, the Writ Petitions are disposed of by this common order.

3.The petitioners own Autorickshaws as per the permit conditions issued by the Authority concerned and the auto fare fixed by the Government of TamilNadu. The petitioners were also allotted badges and the income generated by the driving of Auto is the only source of their livelihood. In order to fix the tariff for the application based operators and other Call Taxi Operators and to ensure the livelihood of the Autorickshaw owners, the petitioners gave representations dated 26.10.2015 and on 14.01.2016 to the respondents.

4.Mr.M.S.Ramesh, learned Additional Government Pleader taking notice for the respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioners' application and pass orders in accordance with law. 5.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in these Writ Petitions, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioners' representations dated 26.10.2015 and 14.01.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With this observation, the Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
