Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ or Order or Direction in the nature of a Writ directing the official respondents to issue patta in favour of the petitioners in respect of the lands owned by the petitioners in Survey Nos.370A/16, 370A/1B7 and 370A/1B8 measuring an extent of 58 cents situated at Valayapatti village, Mohanur Taluk, Namakkal District, within the time limit. This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to issue patta in favour of the petitioners in respect of the lands owned by the petitioners in Survey Nos.370A/16, 370A/1B7 and 370A/1B8 measuring an extent of 58 cents situated at Valayapatti village, Mohanur Taluk, Namakkal District.

2. Learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the petition.
