This petition has been filed to extend the time till 4 weeks with regard to the condition imposed on the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.158 of 2024 within a period of two weeks in Crl.M.P. No.11472 of 2024 in Crl.O.P. No. 15950 of 2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15950 of 2024 dated 11.07.2024 with a condition to deposit the amount a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees five lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.158 of 2024 and the same was modified by this court vide order dated 22.08.2024 directing him to pay a sum of Rs. 4,00,000/- within a period of two weeks. He would further submit that due to his health condition and financial crisis, he could not able to mobilise the huge amount of Rs.4 lakhs. Hence, he prayed to extend the time for complying the 1/4

condition.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and four weeks time i.e. till 14.11.2024 is granted to the petitioner to deposit the amount of Rs.4,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No. 158 of 2024 from the date on which the order copy made ready. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
