Heard Mr.R.Ravichandran, learned counsel for the petitioner. Despite notice having been served upon the respondents, none appears before this Court.

The delay is only 49 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 49 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
