Crl.M.P.No.16088 of 2023 in Crl.R.C.SR.No.47745 of 2023 M. NIRMAL KUMAR , J This petition is filed to condone the delay of 3 days in filing the above Criminal Revision challenging the order made in Cr.M.P.No.4282 of 2023, dated 12.06.2023 passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruvannamalai.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

3. Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondent Police and he has no serious objection in allowing this petition.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
