This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a writ of certiorarified mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the second respondent in proceedings dated 07.01.2016 and Na.Ka.No.1/2016-Service dated 22.01.2016 and quash both the proceedings and further direct the 1st respondent to continue the services of the petitioner at BP101, Manimangalam No.1 Co-operative Society. 2.Heard Mr.B.Ramesh Babu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.D.Venkatachalam, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3.This Court is not able to consider the prayer sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition to give a direction to the Joint Registrar, Kanchipuram Division CoOperative Society, Kanchipuram/first respondent herein, as the same is not legally maintainable by the ratio laid down by the Hon'ble Full Bench judgment of this Court in K.Marappan Vs. Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Namakkal reported in 2006 (4) CTC 689. Therefore, the writ petition fails and the same is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P. is closed.
