Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of mandamus by directing the respondents herein to consider the Petitioner's application / representation dated 29.08.2019 and take action under Section 23(1) of the Maintenance and welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act 2007.

Heard Mr.M.Ganesh, Learned Counsel for the Petitoner, Mr. M. Karthikeyan Learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the First and Second Respondents, and Mr. T.M. Pappiah, Learned Special Government Pleader who takes notice for the Third Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.
The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the Respondents to consider the application/representation dated 29.08.2019 made by the Petitioner and take action under Section 23(1) of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007.

It is informed by the Learned Additional Government Pleader that the aforesaid application made by the Petitioner has been disposed by the Second Respondent by order dated 22.07.2019 and that the copy of the same would be despatched to the Petitioner shortly. The aforesaid submission made by the Respondent is placed on record. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner acknowledges receipt of another copy of that order that has been now furnished to him. Nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition.

Recording the aforesaid subsequent events, the Writ Petition stands disposed. If the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed in the matter, it is open to her, on receipt of copy of the aforesaid order, to work out her remedy for necessary relief before the competent forum in the manner recognized by law. No costs.
