This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 7 days in filing the appeal as against the judgment dated 22.05.2025 passed in Spl.S.C.No.201 of 2023 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Principal POCSO Court, Salem.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 7 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
