These petitions are filed seeking to substitute the petitioners 1 to 3 in the place of the deceased sole petitioner namely A.Md.Kalifa (deceased) in the above writ petitions.

2. Considering the fact that the petitioner has passed away and having regard to the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners and satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are ordered accordingly.
