O R D E R

The petitioner, S.Kuppu, joined the service on 17.06.1978 as B.T. Tamil Assistant and he was promoted to the post of P.G.Assistant (Tamil Teacher) on 03.07.2009.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that as he was retired from service on 31.05.2011, the petitioner is entitled to get the 3rd incentive, as per G.O. Ms. Nos.1023 &1024 Education Department, dated 09.12.1993 and G.O. (2D) No.15 School Education(J) Department dated 28.03.2013. But he was not paid https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

with the same till date, in spite of repeated representations of the petitioner. Hence, the present writ petition. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioner drew the attention of this Court to G.O. (2D) No.15 School Education (J) Department dated 28.03.2013 wherein it has been mentioned that incentive increments to be given to persons possessing M.Ed. and M.Phil. degree.

4.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 5.In the light of the limited relief sought for in the writ petition, the second respondent is hereby directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.04.2015 and 25.04.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
