O R D E R
The petitioner has filed this petition seeking direction to the respondents to survey the measurement of petitioner's property comprised in Survey No.275 and sub division survey No.279/14 at measuring to an extent of 1410 sq.ft situated at Vandaranthangal Village Katpadi Taluk Vellore District and subsequently issue a separate patta in petitioner's name in pursuance of her online application dated 12.10.2022.
2. By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner has purchased a property in S.No.275 and sub division S.No.279/14 to an extent of 1410 sq.ft situated at Veera Kovil Streeet, Vandarathangal Village, Katpadi Taluk, Vellore District from one Yasothammal. In order to construct a house building in the aforesaid property, the petitioner has made an online application dated 10.10.2022 before the first respondent for sub division Page No.2 of 6
patta transfer and also for survey an measurement of the said property. He has also paid a sum of Rs.800/- to that effect, however, till date, the petitioner's online application dated 10.10.2022 was not considered by the first respondent. Hence, this writ petition.

Though very many grounds have been raised in this Writ Petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's online application dated 10.10.2022 and pass orders on merits within a particular time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has no objection for said order being passed.
6. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials placed on record.
7. Taking into consideration the factual aspects of the matter, this Page No.3 of 6
Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's online application dated 10.10.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
8. With the above observation and direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
