Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the petitioner may be permitting copy of immoveable properties documents for the value of Rs.5 Lakhs to the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.25300/2019 dated 20.09.2019 instead of the petitioner was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5 Lakhs to the credit of the Crime No.53 of 2013, on or before 04/10/2019.
