ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to give police protection to measure the petitioner's property situated in Survey No.167 totally 0.25 cents (12 feet common pathway) in Barur Village, Pochampalli Taluk, Krishnagiri District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 21.10.2022.

2. Heard the submissions made by either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has sent a representation on 21.10.2022 to the respondents in this regard.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent police submitted that so far the Government authorities have not sent any letter about the date and time during which the surveyor is going to be taken place.

5. In that case it is appropriate for the petitioner to inform the respondents through the concerned authority and that case the respondents shall consider and do the needful in accordance with law.
