This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the First Respondent to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 27.10.2018 and pass suitable orders on the same for smooth celebration of 4th day festival in Second Respondent Temple in tamil month of "Aippasi" as per custom and usage of temple prevailing for the past 50 years.

The Second Respondent has filed a report of the action taken stating that the representation dated 27.10.2018 made by the Petitioner has been disposed by order dated 21.10.2019. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has made an endorsement https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

acknowledging its receipt. Nothing remains for further consideration in the matter.

Recording the aforesaid subsequent events, the Writ Petition is disposed. It is needless to add here that if the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed, it is open to him to pursue for necessary relief before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law. No costs.
