ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 02.02.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.4089 of 2020, thereby directing the respondent to conduct enquiry on the representation of the petitioner dated 30.10.2019 to measure the subject property and to issue fresh patta, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent conducted enquiry on the representation of the petitioner and passed order by the proceedings dated 08.10.2025, thereby rejecting the request made by the petitioner. He also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 08.10.2025 before this Court. 3.

Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Petition stands

closed. If there are any grievances over the order passed by the respondent, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same in the manner known to law, if so advised.
