ORDER

The direction in the Writ Petition to the respondents was to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.06.2023, within a period of four weeks.

2. It is now brought to the notice of this Court that under the instructions of the University, the College had issued a proceedings on 19.10.2023 in connection with the petitioner's representation dated 09.06.2023.

3. In the light of this development, this Court is of the view that the petitioner's representation has been acted upon and therefore, the disobedience alleged cannot be termed to be willful in nature. 2/4
