ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to pass an Order on the representation of the petitioner dated 06.10.2022 and disqualify the respondents 4 and 5 from their ward membership in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent on instructions submitted that the representation of the petitioner has been considered and they will proceed by issuing show cause notice as per law. 2/4

3. In view of the submission of the Special Government pleader, no further Order is required. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs. 21.12.2022 vrc To
