The application is filed seeking to permit the applicant to substitute the name of the petitioner and respondent Company in short and long cause title - petitioner company as TAMIL NADU POWER DISTRIBUTION CORPORATION LIMIED (TNPDCL) in the place of TAMIL NADU GENERATION AND DISTRIBUTION CORPORATION LIMITED (TANGEDCO) and respondent Company as JSW Energy (UTKAL) Limited in the place of Ind-Barath Energy (UTKAL) in Arbitration.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent has no serious objection in allowing the application.

4. I have gone through the affidavit, filed in support of the application.

Being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit, filed in support of the application, the application A.No.4902 of 2024, seeking to substitute the name of the petitioner and the respondent Company in short and long cause title - petitioner Company as TAMIL NADU POWER DISTRIBUTION CORPORATION LIMIED (TNPDCL) in the place of TAMIL NADU GENERATION AND DISTRIBUTION CORPORATION LIMITED (TANGEDCO) and respondent as JSW Energy (UTKAL) Limited in the place of Ind-Barath Energy (UTKAL) in Arbitration, is allowed.
