This petition has been filed for extension of time for compliance of the conditional order passed in Crl.O.P.No.20423 of 2024 by an order dated 23.08.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit that due to delay in getting solvency certificate, the petitioner is unable to produce solvency certificate before the trial Court within time and he is unable to securing sureties to execute the bail bond, the time granted by this Court has got expired. Hence, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for another period of one month.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
