This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to give police protection to the petitioner based on the petitioner's representation dated 22.08.2022 to carry out construction work of the petitioner's house in his own land to an extent of 2565 sq.ft in Old Survey No.367/A1 New Survey No.588/9B of Kilkovalavedu Village, Vandavasi, Thiruvannamalai District and against the illegal activities of the 4th respondent herein and her men.

When the matter is taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that on receiving the complaint from the petitioner dated 22.08.2022 they conducted enquiry

in C.S.R.No.442 of 2022 and the parties agreed to approach the civil Court to redress their remedy.
