ORDER

(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.S.Arunprasath, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.L.Sriram, learned counsel for respondents 1 and 2.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner accepts that now copies of notices under Sections 13(2) and 13(4) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 have been issued to the petitioner.

3. In the light of the above, the purpose of the revision petition now does not survive.

4. The civil revision petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
