Respondents This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to pass orders on the appeal dated 14.02.2014 preferred by the fifth respondent and consequently directing the second to fourth respondents initiate enforcement action and to lock and seal and demolition process of the building constructed at NO.15/7 Corporation Colony Road, Rangarajapuram, Chennai-600024 as per the provision of Town and Country Planning Act-1971.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a contempt petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect, as under:

In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforestated, if so advised. No costs.
