O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Mr.S.T.S.Murthi, learned Government Pleader, accepts notice for respondent nos.1 to 6.

2.The petitioner claims that the land earmarked and donated for a road has been plotted and sold, which is not permissible and the land is occupied by respondents 7 to 29 / private respondents.

3.On the complaint of the petitioner, an enquiry summon is stated to have been issued on 07.07.2015 by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tiruppur, but no further action has been taken.

4.We direct the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tiruppur, to conclude the proceedings, if not already concluded, within a maximum period of two (2) months of the receipt of this order, after notice to all concerned and by a speaking order, with the decision to be communicated to the petitioner. If some opinion is already recorded, then the same should also be communicated

to the petitioner within ten (10) days of the receipt of this order.
