O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by S.S. SUNDAR, J.) This petition is filed by the father of the detenue to direct the respondent Police to produce his daughter namely L.Soundariya aged about 19 years before this Court and to set her at liberty.

2. This is an unfortunate case where the petitioner's daughter has gone with a person of her choice as she believed that she is a major and capable of taking decisions.

3. The detenue is present before this Court today along with her husband. When we enquired her, she had stated that she left her parental home on her own. She had further stated that she married a person by name Zahir Hussain, aged 35 years and she had already informed her parents about her love affair. It is in the said circumstances, this Court finds that the detenue is not in illegal custody or illegal detention.
