For Petitioner : Mr.J.Deliban C O M M O N O R D E R The Criminal Original Petitions have been filed to direct the learned XXV Metropolitan Magistrate at Egmore to complete the trial in S.T.C.Nos.9917, 9914 and 9918 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a time frame.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

The case of the petitioner is that he has filed a complaints as against the respondent herein under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act in S.T.C.Nos.9917, 9914 and 9918 of 2022 before the learned XXV Metropolitan Magistrate at Egmore and that the respondent is not co-operating for the trial and dragging the proceedings. Hence, the present petitions are filed.
4. In view of the same, the learned XXV Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore is directed to complete the enquiry/trial as the case may be and dispose of the cases in S.T.C.Nos.9917, 9914 and 9918 of 2022 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and it is made clear that no extension of time will be granted. 19.11.2024 mfa Index:Yes/No Speaking Order: Yes/No
